【摘要】:Thisspecificationappliestoflexibleclosed-cellornoninterconnectingcellularproducts,theelastomercontentofwhichispredominantlypoly(vinylchloride)orcopolymersthereof.Inthecaseofconflictbetweentheprovisionsofthisspecificationandthoseofdetailedspecificationsormethodsoftestforaparticularproduct,thelattershalltakeprecedence.Referencetothemethodsfortestingclosed-cellpoly(vinylchloride)containedhereinshouldspecificallystatetheparticulartestortestsdesiredandnotrefertothesemethodsoftestasawhole.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
